Internet begins to be important in Brazilian market. Still suffering the "bubble" effects, the investments on digital media were starting to grow, yet timidly.
JumpSolutions came up with the very first training programs in internet marketing. The very first one was Digital Marketing Planning.
The success of the first Training made to professionals working in the digital environment very aware. In actions that involved "word-of-mouth" marketing, recommendations of various professionals and networking expansion , new Training Programs were launched. Subjects? The expansion of subjects grid has shown a possibility: investing in more events formats, focused on the formation of new professionals. So, from the end of the year comes a new configuration for the young company: it starts to become a hub of knowledge about the digital market.
The new positioning of the company led the launch of a new line of products: the “Oficinas Executivas”, information events with compact format, ideal for professionals in charge of digital business strategies.
The vocation to develop educational programmes leads to a change in company’s name, now renamed JumpEducation.
The new format soon found a receptive internal market, which recorded significant growth digital media activities Therefore, new issues were being addressed: Web Metrics and Performance Indicators, Media Online and Web Relationship Management.
The company's work has been recognized, and this has generated a significant increase in interest for our services. Our strong networking led to increased demand for new issues as well.
Along with the increased demand for Training Programs and “Oficinas Executivas”, the company also going to be known as a reference in organization and production of events related to digital media.. The first event that JumpEducation organized was ICE - Internet Costumer Experience, done in partnership with Macromedia, which becames one of the first events about Rich Media to be held in Brazilian market.
A year of great changes. JumpEducation amplifies the themes for our products, focusing on the promising Mobile Marketing. Along that, the company started to making strategic partnerships with well known institutions.
The year was marked by the beginning of the successful partnership with Senac-SP. Some “Oficinas Executivas” and Training Programs were held in conjunction with Senac in São Paulo city. This association of branding has increased JumpEducation’s credibility within Brazilian digital market.
At the end of the year, big news: the launch JumpExec newsletter, the first Brazilian vehicle specialized in coverage of subjects related to digital marketing and advertising, then with monthly frequency.
The Brazilian economy is showing signs of vitality, and inevitably the digital market reflects the good symptoms of this growth. The corporations are increasingly interested by digital media, as well their needs for training and qualify employees. The demand for JumpEducation products and services increases even more, and the “Oficinas Executivas” are being offered at more intense pace, following the market needs.
This increase in interest for issues related to digital media has led to a repositioning of JumpExec newsletter. It has become a portal, offering a complete overview of internet market and other digital media. Well known professionals began to be interviewed or write columns for the portal, disseminating best practices and knowledge for a growing number of people.
A new partnership is consolidated, this time with ESPM: the One DayDigital event is a strong proof that Brazilian market was growing and demanding for quality information.
The year also marked by an event in partnership with “Grupo de Planejamento” and ESPM: Society of Ideas International Conference consolidated JumpEducation as an important player in Internet Brazilian market.
In the year in which the social media exploded in Brazil and abroad, JumpEducation could not fail to reflect this moment in their training programs: issues such as Viral Marketing and Corporate Blogs were included in the grade of “Oficinas Executivas”, always with success and pioneering spirit.
New teachers and themes began to give even more consistency to JumpEducation activities. And JumpEducation’s bet in strategic partnerships continued, this time with IAB Brazil and Meio & Mensagem magazine, in order to consolidating the company name as a major player within the Brazilian digital market.
Another important strategic partnership was with the WTC Institute, which resulted in the second edition of One Day Digital, this time focused on new media theme.
JumpEducation launches new Training Programs, activities that are more practical and operational. Information Architeture was the main theme for those Training Programs.
The bet on a subject as strategic as yet unknown, as Information Architeture used to be, resulted in the organization of EBAI - 1 st. Brazilian Meeting for Information Architecture - an absolutely pioneer event in Brazil.
As proof that good work across borders, the year also allowed the opportunity of JumpEducation in co-organizing the first big event on digital marketing for Brazilian market, Digital Age. With international speakers, as John Battelle, the event was an huge success, helping to increase awareness about the importance for digital media strategy.
Economy growning at high rates, records in sales of computers and mobile phones, the introduction of digital TV in Brazil: these facts only justify the importance of JumpEducation in Brazilian digital scenario.
The expansion continues: in addition to “Oficinas Executivas”, the Training Programs and JumpExec, the company launches several new products, developing a qualified platform specially addressed to digital market.
